Fulfilling their vision is part of your God-ordained role.
Ever been in situations where things didn’t go as planned? Volunteers didn’t show up. Band train wrecked. Your team just doesn’t seem to “get it”?
Well, I’m just gonna say it.
Improvement starts with you, leader.
Are you a leader worth following?
Feeling a little too busy?
Wish there were more hours in the day to get things done?
Busyness can take its toll on you in more ways than one. You lose sleep. You’re stressed. You do mediocre work. You forget things. Life becomes exactly what you never wanted it to be.
It’s time you start doing everything on your schedule on purpose.
Ever since I released my first independent worship album I’ve been asked a lot of questions on how I created it, how much it cost, what first steps I took, etc. I think when someone takes action on their dream rather than just, well, dreaming about it, it inspires people.
And that’s what I want you to do. It’s time to stop dreaming about your dreams and start taking some action.
Everyone is an Artist…not just you.
I know it seems strange, right? Everyone is an artist? “Not my staff, not my pastor” you might say…
Yes they are.
They just might not realize it–yet. Perhaps in order to realize it they need your help.
