It’s part of what it means to be a musician.
We stand on a stage. People look at us. People love us. We’re too awesome.
At least that’s what we think.
But the worship team is much more than a gig. Matter of fact, viewing it as such is devastating.
I have the privilege of interviewing worship pastor Aaron Niequist from Willow Creek Community Church today.
I came across his most recent project “A New Liturgy” a few months ago and was immediately drawn in.
When my heart is dry and I don’t feel like worshiping, I go to Scripture.
There’s nothing that stirs my affection for God like His Word.
