There is no junior Holy Spirit. The same God that is the God of the adults is the God of the youth.” – Fred Vassallo
It was a treat to welcome Fred Vassallo on the podcast this week. Fred is the Creative Director of Bright Ones, the youth & kids extension of Bethel Music.
As a hip hop choreographer and dance instructor, he knows a lot about vision, creativity, and empowering young people.
To be honest, all my kids want to listen to his Bethel Kids. I’ll try to make them listen to my music, but still all they want…is Bethel Kids. Which is saying a lot. Fred has captured something special here. And the creativity is only beginning.

Glenn Harrell says
May God be gracious and forgiving to His church–to those who set up their tables and wares of profit and adventures into retail as a benign substitute for all things holy. May these profiteers find a place for repentance as large as their coffers and egos.
May the victims (especially children) be granted discernment beyond their years and see the ways that they are being used. May they rebel and overturn these tables in and through Jesus Christ.
May our culture in ruin find refuge from itself within the church, not a cheap B-grade version of it on display as anything of value beyond the funds in Bethel pockets.
If we will repent, God forgive our assimilation and imitation of this world, even as we parade it before you and your people called the church.
